INTERACTIVE FEATURES
From time to time, we may provide interactive features such as forums, blogs or discussion areas.
Where interactive services are available, we will provide information about how they operate and whether moderation is in place. Moderation may be automated, human-led, or a combination of both.
We will take reasonable steps to assess potential risks to users, particularly children, when providing interactive services. However, we are not obliged to monitor or moderate content and accept no liability for user-generated content that breaches this policy, whether or not moderation is in place.
Use of any interactive service by a child requires the consent of a parent or guardian. Parents are encouraged to discuss online safety with children, as moderation cannot guarantee protection from all risks.
Where moderation is in place, we will normally provide a way to contact us if a concern arises.
